Some comments:

Where to begin? That is the question. It is almost two months after I have been Inducted with the Light of Life Energy on August 29, 2009. I began my journey with the Light of Life Energy on 12.09.2008 as I was invited to attend a Longevity class by a person whom has grown to be very dear in my heart and instrumental in my GROWTH along the way. I did not know much about what I was going to be engaging in, yet I did read the information posted on the website. Nonetheless I was open to trying something new. I attended the class and can remember the very first time feeling something that I could not put into words during the quietude portion of the class. I had physical pain associated with a torn ACL in my right knee. Many of the Longevity Exercises were actually painful at first due to my injury, so when Regina Bernstein gave a choice of a certain body part to focus on while she became a conduit to Light of Life Energy to produce rejuvenating, healing energy that addresses cellular healing, I quickly chose my knee. I am so blessed to have an opportunity to reflect because all my past resistances and thought processes are actually comical to me now. I remember thinking in my head, “What in the world is she talking about? Where the heck does this energy come from?” Soon into the quietude it really didn’t matter as something happened that was so very strange and baffling. My knee pain just suddenly disappeared among other intense sensations that words could not describe. It was a profoundly intriguing situation. I remember wanting to just drill the person whom introduced me to Light of Life Energy with questions, and trust me I did. This person is further along with his understanding of this multidimensional healing Energy, so he did what he knew best to do to stay true to his very own and personal understanding of it. I believe he told me something along the lines that the relationship with the Energy is personal and individual. I remember being frustrated with his response as my rational mind really wanted SOMETHING to hold on to and dissect. I started attending class at least once a week from then on, and occasionally engaging in the individual and group energy treatments. The very first thing people noticed about me and my early transformation was the weight that just started to melt off of me. I was noticing other things slowly transforming within me during the first few months that was just hard to describe. I started to notice my patterns that weren’t serving me well. Mind you these were patterns that I have HAD for my lifetime here. Back in March of 2009, Regina Bernstein informed her students that Howard Lee would be coming into LA for an Induction of Energy workshop. She THEN told me the price and I have to admit I had resistance and FEAR. I didn’t know how I would come up with the money. I was filled with some self doubt as I wasn’t totally sure I would be able to access the Energy for myself even IF Howard Lee gave me access to it. I had already engaged in the Energy to BELIEVE it is REAL. I’m GRATEFUL that I took the leap of faith in myself and WENT. It was a HEALING day meeting Howard Lee. That night I tried to access the Energy on my own and in that moment I think the healing process started to my realization. It all worked out BEYOND belief, as I am accessing this beautiful, transformational, LOVING, Energy now EVERYDAY mind you! This past week has been a MIRACLE....yes I will call it a MIRACLE! I had the HUGEST revelation of a deep seeded pattern that I was living since childhood. In that moment of realization, EVERYTHING changed. In that moment something shifted, and because this is still unfolding I won’t be able to offer much more than that. What I know of as today, 10/10/2009 is that for the very first time in my life I LOVE MYSELF FULLY!!!! It is the MOST WONDERFUL feeling in the world. How appropriate to be typing this from about 7,000 feet above sea level in the mountains sharing this moment with family members as I feel like my wings are spread out and I’m soaring to heights I never thought imaginable. The reason I share this is to give credit where credit is deserved. I realize there may be people cringing with resistance reading this for the first time not having engaged in the Light of Life Energy yet or possible newly engaging in it. Everything happens for a reason. If you find that reading this testimonial and are remotely curious about this POWERFUL and TRANSFORMATIONAL Energy, I say GO FOR IT. To truly honor myself, which is something new and liberating to do, I MUST give credit to what I know in my heart and soul to be true..... I WHOLE HEARTEDLY just KNOW that my relationship with the Light of Life Energy that began on 12/09/2008 is the REASON I so QUICKLY filled that EMPTY void within my heart I carried around since childhood. Today I woke up knowing that I LOVE myself FULLY. Also woke up knowing that for 32 years of my life here, I thought that the LOVE I was getting from everyone else was enough for me. TODAY I don’t seem to NEED anything, but I just know that whatever I WANT is actually possible. I feel so overwhelmed with JOY and HAPPINESS it is surreal! I feel I have EVERYTHING NOW in this moment because SELF LOVE. I am actually EXPERIENCING this rather than just reading it in this and that self help book. I also woke up knowing that my new RADIANT light that is shining and being noticed by others is supposed to be SHARED. I also KNOW that I am going to live my life protecting this NEW LOVE I feel for myself and also fostering it to GROW to levels unimaginable. I am ready for this CHALLENGE, but I won’t be doing this WITHOUT the Light of Life Energy. I just encourage EVERYONE to find this LOVE for self and I don’t care how you do it! I just know my path of realization was meant to happen with the Light of Life Energy. My DEEPEST gratitude to Howard Lee as he has the GIFT of understanding and more importantly LOVINGLY sharing his GIFT with ALL whom engage in this Energy source helping us RISE to HEIGHTS unimaginable. Gratitude to my Light of Life Practitioner, Regina Bernstein, as she too has a wonderful GIFT and has INDEED been instrumental in my new found RADIANT light helping me SHINE as I am now.
