Puedo referir una inequívoca mejoría en mi total calidad de vida, en mi estado general de salud y en mi concepción de la vida desde que por primera vez, hace tres años y medio, me sometí a sus cuidados.

Esta transformación en mi vida se daba, a pesar de mi inicial escepticismo sobre los métodos no tradicionales de curación. Ahora mi familia y mis colegas me acusan de tomar antidepresivos a escondidas, y de ser el más sujeto de la familia a contraer malestares comunes me volví el menor y ahora puedo afrontar las extrañesas de la más extraordinaria manía financiera de la historia moderna (trabajo en la industria de las inversiones) con humorismo y desapego. He visto incluso mejorías significativas de mi calidad de vida, en el comportamiento y en el desarrollo de mis hijos después de haber comenzado a practicar cada noche, con constancia, la Inducción en su habitación. A veces, mis hijos me piden espontáneamente: “Papá, haz una Inducción de Energía“. Parecen divertirse sintiendo la energía. Además, el silencio que he encontrado y que acompaña el movimiento de Inducción a la Energía, me produce una sensación de renovación y comprensión intuitiva completamente ajenos a mi tradicional “proceso de pensamiento racional“. ALIMENTAR LA LLAMA

Conocí a Howard Y. Lee hace ya algunos años, por aquel entonces yo estaba muy interesado en el trabajo esotérico, leía muchos libres de diferentes autores y filosofías.
Reconozco que tardé mucho tiempo en ser consciente de lo afortunado que soy al poder tener acceso a esta fuente de energía y sabiduría infinita. Después de ese primer contacto con la energía de The Light of Life, en el cuál el Sr. Lee había “sintonizado” a unas 100 personas al mismo tiempo, algo empezó a moverse dentro de mí. El acceso que habíamos recibido todos los allí presentes de forma tan amena y sencilla, ahora me doy cuenta de que es definitivo y permanente, lo único que necesitamos es querer sumergirnos en ella, la energía de The Light of Life.

Como decía, tardé tiempo en ser consciente de lo que he recibido de Howard Y. Lee, por aquel entonces consideraba que la energía de The Light of Life podía ser un buen complemento para cualquier práctica que realizara, y así empecé a utilizarla, mientras le daba prioridad a otras prácticas o disciplinas, las cuáles ya estaban sobradamente reconocidas y gozaban de amplia aceptación.
Sin dejar de practicar las enseñanzas que había recibido de Howard Y. Lee, poco a poco fui profundizando en la energía de The Light of Life y dándome cuenta de que realmente no necesitaba de otras prácticas, de que “The Light of Life es un sistema completo”.

“Alimentar la llama”, esto es lo único que necesitamos después de haber recibido el acceso a la energía, con respeto, humildad y sinceridad.

Es impresionante como H. Y. Lee conociendo la importancia del recurso que está presentando y dando a todo aquel que así lo quiera no pida a cambio un compromiso por parte de nadie, sino más bien todo lo contrario; junto con el acceso a la energía que a tantas personas nos ha dado también nos da la libertad de utilizarlo o no, sin imposiciones, sin dogmas, sin rituales, …el Sr. Lee cumple su “tarea” de manera impecable, humilde, noble y sencillamente.

Soy psicóloga clínica por formación y oficio y una escéptica por naturaleza. Por veinte años mi práctica clínica estuvo basada sobre los principios más recurrentes de la psicoterapia y de la medicina occidental. Y era con este bagaje de prejuicios que entré en el consultorio de Howard Lee.

Un conocido me había hablado de él cuando estaba buscando el remedio a una condición clínica debida a un accidente automovilístico. Sufría de dolores crónicos e incluso la más normal de las actividades físicas cotidianas era un duro desafío. Había probado remedios de la medicina occidental y china sin obtener resultados. Como estaba desesperada y creía que Howard Lee probablemente practicaba una antigua forma de medicina china decidí reservar una sesión individual. Regresé muchas veces y participé a todos sus Talleres. El resultado fue una neta diminución de los síntomas y una significativa liberación de los dolores. Mi neurólogo está muy sorprendido de mi grado de funcionalidad y de la disminución de los síntomas. Sostiene que cualquiera en mi estadio del recorrido clínico tomaría medicinas todos los días y difícilmente podría trabajar. En cambio no tomo medicinas y trabajo tiempo completo.

Estoy feliz del resultado estrictamente médico de los tratamientos de Howard y de las técnicas de Inducción, el beneficio más grande de los métodos de Howard me dejó una sensación visceral y psicológico de bienestar que puedo describir sólo como estupendo. La profundidad de esta experiencia me recuerda las descripciones de ciertos practicantes avanzados de meditación o de los que sostienen haber vivido una profunda experiencia religiosa. El aspecto interesante de la Light of Life es vivir esta experiencia sin años de práctica y sin ningún tipo de creencia religiosa. De hecho, lo que da credibilidad a la Energía de Howard , para mí, es que no depende de ningún sistema de creencias y ningún gurú. No hay ningún adoctrinamiento ni invitaciones a emular o a seguir a Howard de ninguna manera. De hecho es todo lo contrario. Mi experiencia con la Energía de la Light of Life es que parece no pasar por el intelecto. Es un movimiento de la conciencia que se manifiesta de manera diferente en cada individuo. Hablando con amigos a los que les he aconsejado Howard, el común denominador ha sido la profundidad de su experiencia. Los cambios específicos han sido diferentes para cada uno de ellos. Estoy convencida que la Light of Life es una fuente de energía transformadora que permite el abrirse y tratar de obtener los objetivos de la vida con pasión, energía y un constante bienestar. Hola Howard, examinaste a Esteban (11 años) junto con su madre Maree y te hablamos de sus espasmos y problemas de fonación. Sentiste un dolor en el brazo mientras le tocabas el lado derecho de la cabeza. Enseguida, Maree y nuestra hija Nicole participaron al Taller de Inducción a la Energía. Desde entonces Nicole ha hecho la Inducción tres veces al día dirigiendo la energía hacia Stevan, tal como habías hecho tú.

Dear Howard, a couple of days ago I went to a shop where they have an Aura scanning device and a girl that explains to you what is happening in the image one sees in the computer screen. So I sat there closed my eyes and told the girl to watch the screen while I was relaxing and then tell me what she saw.
I did the Induction mentally and when I opened my eyes she told me that at that moment (While doing the Induction) Energy was entering in from one side of the aura and I was emitting healing energy out of the other side.
And she didn’t know what I was doing!!

I am a clinical psychologist by training and occupation, and a skeptic by nature. For twenty years my clinical practice has been based on mainstream modes of psychotherapy and western medical science. And it was with this set of biases that I walked into Howard Lee’s office.

An acquaintance referred me to Howard Lee when I was seeking relief from a chronic medical condition that I had developed after an auto accident. I was in chronic pain, and just staying physically functional was a daily struggle. I had tried both Western and traditional Chinese medicine with no relief. Because I was desperate and because I believed that Howard was probably practicing an ancient form of Chinese medicine, I decided to see him for an individual session. I saw Howard for several sessions and attended all of his workshops. The result has been a dramatic reduction in symptoms and significant freedom from pain. My neurologist is quite surprised at my level of functioning and symptom relief. He reports that someone at my stage of the illness would normally be on daily pain medication and quite likely be unable to work. However, I am on no medication and work full-time.

While I am quite happy with the medical outcome of Howard’s individual treatments and the Induction technique, the greatest benefit of using Howard’s methods has been a shift in my experience of daily life. My first session with Howard left me with a visceral and psychological sense of well-being that I can only describe as exquisite. The depth of this experience is one that I have only heard described by highly developed practitioners of meditation or by those who claim to have undergone a deeply religious experience. The interesting part of the Light of Life energy is that one can have this experience without years of practice and without any sort of religious belief system. In fact, what gives credibility to Howard’s energy for me is the fact that it is not dependent upon any belief system or guru. There is no indoctrination, nor any encouragement to emulate or “follow” Howard in any way. In fact, just the opposite is true. My experience of the Light of Life energy is that it seems to bypass the intellect. It is a shift in awareness that manifests differently in each individual. In talking with friends whom I have referred to Howard, the common thread for all of them has been the depth of their experience. The specific changes it has brought have been different for each of them.

I believe that the Light of Life is a transformational energy source that allows one to be open to performing and pursuing life with passion, energy, and an abiding sense of well-being. I think it is a source that is available to anyone, and does not require group membership. I believe it is limited only by our resistance to, and fear of, change.

I am forever grateful to Howard for giving me the ability to access this energy. It has opened new ways of thinking, enhanced my ability to heal others, and provided new opportunities for me both personally and professionally. It has given me a new reference point that allows me to see and experience the world from a new place. Hi Howard, you saw Stevan [age 11] for a personal session with his mother Marie and we told you about his seizures and speech problems. You experienced a pain in your arm when touching the right side of his head. Later Marie and our daughter Nicole [age 10] attended your Workshop for Induction of Energy. Since then Nicole has been doing Induction of Energy three times a day and directing the energy at Stevan, as you did. Since age two she has always helped her older brother. At first she also experienced a pain in her arm from Stevan’s head on the right side. Later she also noticed pain from his stomach and right and left sides in the kidney area. It has been my privilege and pleasure to know Howard Lee for over ten years. During that time I have come to trust Howard implicitly and to value the deceptively simple and powerful way he moves energy, as a healer and as a teacher and friend.

Having tried, the sensation is that of a person who holds a real laser of light in his fingers. The effects are understandable just the day after: less physical and energetic blocks, absence of muscular contractions in the back and legs, body and spirit flexibility, absence of obsessive thoughts and worries, incredible tendency to understanding the others. The first time I met Howard was after having a major car accident. I was left with a concussion, cracked ribs, internal bruising and every joint in my body had been dislocated.

I HAD THIS DREAM. Tonight around five I found it difficult to breathe because of the hot weather and I felt agitated, so I began to think about Howard’s energy and where it was from. I had this thought that the energy comes from an empty mind across through the breath that takes it somewhere around and inside and outside us. I started to breathe deeply to erase my thoughts and at some point my internal dialogue stopped. I had put my palms together like in prayer and felt the energy come through me like electricity. I had an impression three times at intervals of a few seconds, as if I had a light bulb between my hands. Then I felt that my hands were full of the energy, as if I had taken a shock, and I had the feeling that I could transfer it to other people. From the hand I felt this energy envelop my liver and light up my awareness like a light bulb. Then I felt completely filled with awareness.

Fourteen years before meeting Howard, I dreamt that he was an American Indian who was healing me with his movements. Five years ago I was in his office. When I saw him move, I said, “I know you!” I told him about the dream. Soon he was healing me with his movements. From my dream, I recognized the energy that Howard calls “The Light of Life.” It was a most extraordinary experience.

On the day of Howard’s “Induction of Energy” workshop I asked him whether I should attend. I had been ill from food poisoning for the previous three days. He pointed his finger at my abdomen and said to stay. As the workshop progressed, my physical dilemma diminished and I participated the entire weekend. After that first day, I ate a full meal for the first time in four days. As if that was not enough, I find I can still call on the Induction of energy movements for physical sustenance as well as spiritual energy.

Howard’s Opening the Heart Chakra was additionally catalytic to deeper spiritual awakenings. His private healing sessions are a personal adventure into one’s body and soul. It is as if Howard teaches you to fly, for Light of Life energies truly transport the spirit.

I’m discovering day by day more positive changes. My only obstacle is my necessity of defining satisfactorily for me what have you donated us, and which is the exact function of the movements. Yes, I know, you are speaking about this all the time, but it seems not enough for me... ( I’m not complaining - I refer this just for your information). Anyway, I have never stopped to practicing, and when I make the Induction I attempt to leave my mind to a side and deliver my being to the movements. I’m an electronic engineer, married, 38 years old. I often do the movements of the Induction every day, two or three times a day, since more than an year. I do occasionally the movements for the Heart Chakra and the pattern to eliminate the negative thoughts, since a few months. Then of a year of practice, I should say that I have found many positives change occurred in my life. In several looks, I could not recognize the person that was and the one which I am. I believe that the more important, is the fact that certain anxiety and depression that I used to feel, both were missing. My behavior entirely has changed, especially by having abandoned conducts related to palliate the anxiety. I consider that this change of behavior is caused so much for the clarity that this energy proportions, like for the necessary force in order to leave of established habits a long time ago.

I should also highlight, between these changes, a feeling of harmony, of peace, yet amid the daily duties. It’s like a reconciliation with the things of the life, still those that we don’t like. Another important thing is the capacity of healing that Howard donates us. I don’t have direct knowledge of how this with grave illness operates, but I could secure that the pains and disorders that they appear usually are efficiently cured for this energy. I use this energy with my wife. She says that I have cured her the head ache she felt frequently. I just do the induction close to her (she usually falls asleep) and then I do a short and gentle massagge on her neck and head.

In order to finish, I consider that another important thing that Howard teaches is “the secret of the secrets that is not secret": that the achievements come of the capacity of being consequent between the words and the acts. And the manner that elected Howard in order to teach it, it’s the most effective, although the most difficult: his own example.

Dear Howard, I want to tell you something I have recently realized. During your workshop in Rome, as you know, my son Lorenzo fell ill. In those days and in the following ones I was so anxious about his health and about me, too, (I was going to travel to Los Angeles and he didn’t recover) that I couldn’t see his miraculous change: your energy had completely realised him from several nervous diseases like eye tic and nervous cough. I’m very grateful to you for that.

Besides, I’m practising the Induction of energy, Releasing fear and anger and Opening the heart chakra. At times I feel unpleasant emotions: fear of being neglected or abandoned, anger for unimportant reasons, great sadness. At that moment I feel in despair, but as the violence of the emotional storm is abating or as the pain is subsided, I feel strong enough to keep on practising your techniques: I know they are cleaning me.

April 12, 2000: Now I want to tell you another story that happened to me two weeks ago. Recently I went to my dentist to replace the old amalgam with nontoxic material. The doctor told me that a tooth of mine needed to be devitalized, but the operation would be painful for me, because the root of the tooth was very inflamed. The operation was booked five days after that date. I was so scared to feel pain that during those five days I practised a lot the Induction of Energy with the intent to disinflame the tooth, and it worked! For the duration of the operation I didn’t want to put my attention on my tooth, so I visualized Howard doing the Induction of Energy and I did it too (with my thought): the dentist found my tooth completely disinflamed, I didn’t feel pain and everything went well.

Usually I see in some way how the energy is beginning to impact, then I watch the process during the session and afterwards as I rest when Howard is gone from the room. I wrote this down just after I left Howard’s office.

Sept. 14, 1999: Howard begins and I see Jade-colored liquid in each hand. At heart center is a large ovoid clear crystal with a smaller opaque black crystal embedded in its center. I tell Howard about the crystals and he says about the black one “that’s the impurity - let it go,” and leaves the room after handing me a Kleenex. I cried deeply. I saw the black crystal open to expose old bloody tissue - all shades of deep red and liver-like tissue that is bloody, old, contaminated. Stayed a long time seeing that and then eventually saw that area as a white deep circular waterfall and then everything released and yellow mist floated over the area. I relaxed and felt that healing was occurring. Went through times that were fog-like and then saw thin wavy streams of different colors, like clear blue and green, going through the area. I thought about my art - I realized this is what I wanted to do, and realized this is what my art is about: (1) I’ve been thinking about how I use wavy lines, (2) In art I realize them as part of how energy is visualized and experienced in deep healing as cosmic process. This is the essence of healing - not just design by chance. I became aware of my energy body - tiny, clear and gently undulating sprinkles of light. At heart and throat chakras I felt (1) pure red fire essence energy; (2) at heart - clear white fire essence energy; (3) dead black fire essence energy. These are each like explosions. Other subtle processes happened over my heart - now in emptiness. Afterwards, Howard came in the room and cleared the energy from my back. We didn’t talk. He said “heavy duty” to me.

May 16, 2000: These are a few things I saw and experienced during the treatment today: I became aware of orange/red energy in the center of my wrists - it moves upwards in a thin line through the center of my arm. I see my body as clear rock crystal. Then it crumbles. A huge, dense, black, rounded, smooth stone is encasing my heart. it opens vertically in complete precision, as if cut in half to reveal clear light - and that is encased in a smaller exactly the same black stone that opens the same way. Inside is clear light energy. It can keep going like that, and it gets to the real clear light energy - there is no deeper. Water is the healing element. One slow drip from my third eye to my throat. Clear water flowing, Vajrasattva (the Buddhist deity of purity and the clear light) appears and begins healing me with light from his heart. He moves around directing the beam of light energy that penetrates and purifies. Old reddish brown blood drains out from my womb. I sense whatever is inside my womb is mine - the womb looks as if feeling like soft pearl.

Dear Howard,
I wanted to let you know about what happened to me while you were traveling. I had an emergency appendectomy. As it happened, the appendix was perforated, and my large intestine had grown over it to protect my body from the toxins (my surgeon said that this indicated my extreme health!). Mr. Lee uses non-material acupuncture needles. During my treatment, recently, in Mr. Lee’s office, at a given moment, I felt the distinct “burning” sensation of a needle in my right arm about 2/3 rds of the way up between my wrist and elbow. It felt as if a nurse had injected me with a needle in a doctor’s office. The next afternoon at his office I felt a similar, yet more subtle sensation, when he worked on my right side. I knew Mr. Lee did not use needles. There were certainly none in his office nor did I ever see them during my treatment.

I had received a brochure in the mail many years ago during my involvement with Tensegrity which stated that Mr. Lee was the man to whom Carlos Castaneda had dedicated his book, The Fire From Within. It seemed obvious that someone was wanting me to seek out Mr. Lee. I did so. On that day, the day of my first treatment something remarkable and truly memorable occurred. After leaving Mr. Lee’s office, after that first treatment in 1995, I was waiting at a bus stop. At that place the world of everyday life became transformed and the features I was witnessing were not entirely understandable. After what seemed like a very long time I recognized a man approaching me, a very strange man I recognized from his lectures at Cleargreen workshops. When I interacted with him I realized that he was presenting himself to me in a very different way. He looked, physically as I remembered him in every way, yet it was his soft-spoken, humility I noticed right away. His voice was almost of another man with no accent whatsoever as if he was reluctant to talk or perhaps it wasn’t possible to talk about what we were both witnessing together. Or perhaps it was the voice of someone who was a brilliant writer, silent and mysterious.

What I know now is that I had entered into and energetic architecture, a pattern of energy which pertains to Inner Silence, a state of being I entered into one night 20 months ago. That experience propelled into the new life I have now and a new purpose I am currently pursueing, the desire to experience Inner Silence with others. It was to that end and for the purpose of receiving treatment for my sleep disorder that I returned to Mr. Lee’s office again. During my recent treatments I entered very deep into a silent realm where the physical body oozes energy. I know that Inner Silence is a state where the physiology of the body turns off completely and yet the physical body is all there fully turned on energetically. I know also that one of my favorite quotations from one of my favorite books is the definitive statement about inner silence: “A warrior travels the paths with heart, on any path which has heart and there he travels, looking, looking breathlessly.” I realize through my interaction with Mr. Lee and his friend that that quotation is no poetic metaphor. It is a description of Inner Silence, where the body’s physiology turns off, no heartbeat, no breathing and yet such a state has all the heart in the World.

Vibrational Harmony with Color, Sound and Chi

It’s hard to quantify all the wonderful things that Howard’s energy has done for me, because there have been so many. I feel better than I have felt in years, and I credit Howard with that.
The first thing Howard did was to restore my ability to sleep deeply. Where I once needed nine hours of sleep in order to feel rested, I now feel good after seven or eight hours of sleep. I don’t feel as though I’m coming from a deficit anymore. I also saw an immediate improvement in my level of energy. My energy is steadier and more constant, without the exaggerated dips I experienced before. The fibromyalgia symptoms that have dogged me for a decade –a physical manifestation, I believe, of my failure to be true to myself over many years– have improved noticeably. I have much less pain while sleeping, less leg and hip pain during the day, and much less depression. One day last summer while talking to a friend about fibromyalgia, I ran my fingers down the muscles of my arm and was surprised to notice that all the little fibroids were gone. “Oh", I said, “Howard must have done that!"

Another benefit of working with Howard that I especially enjoy is that I am much more in tune with my Higher Self. Messages filter in to me now from a Higher Source with greater frequency and clarity---very direct messages that I find very useful and beneficial. There must be fewer layers of density now between the physical me and the spiritual me. I also find it lovely just to be in Howard’s presence, because his energy has such calm and light to it. I’m very happy to have found him!

Kindly Sifu, I would like to thank you for the harmony and the beauty that you have brought in my life.
For varied motives I had become dark and angry with everything and everybody; I have started to follow your teachings since the first time that you have come in Italy. When you returned to Rome, during the individual therapeutic session, also not being us some physical contact, I felt to be touched from inside, after some time I have started to laugh, first softly and then more strongly, as if you had removed from me a cork and I didn’t succeed to stop me, I was afraid that you thought that I laughed to you and I tried to have self-control, but it has been useless and my body was shaken by winces and attempts to stop that laughter. When the session has ended, I was without words, you have asked me as I felt, but I have not known how to answer and when you have told me that I was brighter and I was better already I have not realized of it, my ego didn’t want to accept the change that already felt.

That same night I have dreamt a big store with many shelves full of varied things, televisions, boxes, washers, there were of everything, then I have seen that to the outside so much water flowed and entered everywhere and when I have seen the store again, it was entirely almost empty, not much things had remained. Now I don’t care as than to appear ridiculous, my colleagues of job that don’t succeed to laugh and they are sad, when they see me they are illuminated and they want that I tell him some tale or do something to feel better them.

As regards the just concluded seminars to Bologna, I hoped that they didn’t end anymore, I have been better than the usual one, I have noticed that, even if some apprentices limit theirs relationships to one or two people, among the other participants there is more dialogue, begins to be us a greatest opening.
I would not like to get estranged from the rest of the world, but only when I am to the seminars with you and with the others participant, I feel more alive. When you have given us the “Respiratory Pattern” to the beginning I have felt as a burning to the left lung, toward the centre of the chest, I was breathing with an only nostril, after a little time it is decontrolled something and I have freely breathed with both the nostrils. Instead during the “Gastrointestinal Pattern” I have felt as if all the abdominal zone became fizzy, as the carbonated water,  and I have had as the sensation to float.
I still thank you for your teachings and I hope to see you again as soon as possible.

The nest
I did nothing but building small nests where I could live cozily
I did nothing but adorn these nests with objects or things that would make me feel more important
But then, when I opened the window, the silent wind of Infinity entered my house, and filled the air, and my heart, too.
Then I would take courage, I would bid my house farewell and in a moment of freedom I would go for a walk.
But I would soon find another home, and start over again
I have changed many nests, and I know now that the nest of my dreams I have already bid it farewell.
I no longer search new homes, I’m only after more courage, the courage to adorn my own self.
Today I know that the most beautiful nest of all was inside me, and I know that if I succeed in cleaning it, my new home will have no more doors, or windows.
The nest of my dreams will be an open space, silent, it will be Infinity.

Some thoughts about the Energy:
It’s an harmonic and cohesive force that makes anything possible and real
it’s a new language that contains an enormity of informations
It’s a vibration
it’s knowledge
it’s like the wind
it’s all we are

While doing the Induction it’s as if a soft rain is flowing over you, you relax and thoughts vanish.
A sense of vibration goes through you and you feel heat and start perceiving different realities not through the mind but with all the body, new informations show up, it’s a new language and if you try to decode it rationally you miss its meaning. Then you let go but the attention remains alive and alert. The notion of having a body is relinquished and the sense of being part of that vibration takes over, and in that moment you feel complete, finally alive. It’s a new language, silent, and all that is perceived is real.

It’s different for each of us, everyone navigating following his/her predilections. And wherever you may arrive, it will always be just an infinitely small part of what it has inside. We usually waste so much energy thinking of what we do in terms of right or wrong, judging ourselves or judging the others trying to compare them with ourselves. Then we understand that all this is within us and that it is much better to accept the fact that each of us is an unknown universe, and that everyone must be free to go through life according to his/her wishes. Energy lets us see things with an irony that cuts off that sense of personal importance that makes us stiff; that doesn’t let us smile and laugh at ourselves and what surrounds us; that doesn’t let us perceive the beauty of this one precious life. It makes us see our condition of beings that are going to die and realize that is truly a sin to waste our time. Then a sort of respect is born toward everything we meet, accepting the fact that anybody facing us is playing his part: if it’s boring we can simply just switch channel as with TV. He’s the actor, I’m the audience, and vice versa.

By assiduously practicing the Induction of Energy pattern these new perceptual realities are going to slowly be revealed to ourselves, along with a new awareness of what our physical and energetic body really are, a magic door to the Spirit.

"The sparrow, and a way to look at the world"
What we (humans, I suppose) do perceive, are “slices of reality” Slices the way bidimensional layers of our tridimensional reality would be. What is suggesting me this, is the singing of a little bird in front of the balcony where I am sitting between the palms and the fern. This, what I perceive as his singing, probably exists?transversely? since a long time already: perhaps it has a dark turquoise-blue color and an elongated elliptical form. On this level of reality – which we perceive in the only way we are able to – it is crossing, and merging, with an other form of existence, which I imagine more waving, pulsating and sharper – maybe more vertical – which is appearing on our ?slice? of reality as a ‘sparrow’, and which presents peculiarities – like heat, density and smell of matter, that in the rest of the reality hidden to our eyes do not have any reason to manifest.

So the sound of his singing and the image of his little body are nothing but the crossing in the visible and in the audible of at least two forms of life which?happen? to manifest just as we ?happen? to catch their expression. And this game could be repeating itself more times-maybe endless times-by being each perceived (or caught) dimension nothing but the emerging – in the field of the perceivable of something which happens to perceive (we, in this case) – of some forms not perceivable but yet existing on other levels or layers as well. And even this endless repeating, that is to say, this infinite, could be nothing else than the manifesting – in this region of infinities?perceivable on endless levels different levels – of endless ?parallel infinities?, in each of which the game is endlessly repeating itself, and which are manifesting or hiding themselves fluttering among perceivable infinities and an endless number of unperceivable infinities.

Rome 1999, at the seminar for the Induction of Energy, I was there at the bottom of the basketball court, Howard was across the hall from me under the opposite basket, some 200 people between us. Howard begins the induction of energy... I try to relax, don’t want to have any concern, I trust Howard and I trust his humility before the spirit, I don’t need to convince myself, I sense that the energy will come. What marvel, people of every kind, in each of them a world unknown, unique and magical. In each of us the intent to be free. I feel a heat, then it is from above that I see energy whirling over the whole structure, high in the sky, then coming down and channeling into his head, then coming out of his body spreading more and more. It’s a most subtle flow that embraces everybody, and now it’s flooding me, too. I feel pressure in my temples, but my thoughts are still turned on, I am breathing deeply and happiness is growing more and more, I feel the energy. I let go and suddenly a new world appears, it has an orange hue, a perception that takes hold of me and wraps me up, I am lucid, I know I am seeing this new world and don’t lose my awareness, then all of sudden a new color appears, green, and after a while from above, white erupts into the vision mixing with the green and turning it into pale green, I am navigating and I am free, I feel filled to the brim, at one point the color changes into blue, I had tears flowing on my face because of too much happiness, I felt I could live in that new world forever, nothing was missing from me, I had no more thoughts, I rejoiced in my totality for that perception, the blue had a thickness to it it was a complete world, I heard music, it was tridimensional and I had never seen a color so alive before. What marvel, I felt I could move inside the blue, and with the intent of the eyes I tried to go even deeper, at that instant everything moved, the color changed and became more intense. Oh, how was I feeling; an instant, and then I am flung into infinity, I could see the stars, it was a starry sky, I was aware of it and I was immersed in it with all I had, I could no longer feel awe, it was something even bigger than that, something I had never given a name to, and that I could not describe, I was pure perception... and those stars didn’t appear as I had always seen them, fixed luminous dots, but crackled increasing and decreasing their intensity...
...those stars were magically ALIVE....thank you Howard
